Eligibility

- Participants must be between 15 and 25 years old by the time the registration period closes.
- Every team must register with exactly 3 (three) members.
- Each individual is strictly allowed to be registered in only 1 (one) team.
- Hacksphere organizing committee members are strictly prohibited from participating.
- Participants are fully permitted to form teams with members from different educational institutions or combine high school students with university undergraduates in one team.
- Solo participants may register initially, but must find teammates and form a complete 3-member team before the Phase 1 submission closes.
Project and Submission Requirements
- The Theme: The project must align with "Web3 Innovation" by integrating key Web3 elements such as decentralized authentication, advanced cryptography, immutable databases, or smart contracts.
- Infrastructure Focus: Projects are NOT REQUIRED to create crypto tokens or Decentralized Finance (DeFi) instruments; participants should utilize blockchain architecture purely to solve real-world problems (e.g., healthcare records, supply chain logistics, public services).
- Phase 1 Submission (Online): Teams must submit a 100% conceptual Idea Proposal in PDF format (maximum size 10 MB) via Devpost.
- Proposal Anatomy: The Idea Proposal must strictly follow the mandatory format, which includes an Executive Summary, a Data-Driven Problem Statement, Proposed Solution & Value Proposition, Minimum Viable Product (MVP) & Key Features, Target Market & Impact Viability, and Tech Stack & System Architecture.
- Development Rules: All Idea Proposals and MVP prototypes must be original creations developed specifically during this competition period; using pre-existing projects is strictly prohibited.
- Conceptual Consistency: Teams advancing to Phase 2 must execute the exact system architecture they proposed during the online round; sudden concept pivoting is not allowed.
- Functional MVP Rule: During the 24-hour Phase 2 marathon, if a team includes Web3 interactions or AI capabilities, these features must be fully functional during the Live Pitching demonstration. Presenting a prototype that relies on hardcoded data or purely UI mockups without a genuinely running backend is considered a severe violation.
